The agreement below was drawn up by New Orleans' Parkway Partners, for use by the City of New Orleans Department of Parks and Parkways and its sponsors, who provide maintenance for parks and other public areas in the city.
The following is a Letter of Agreement between [name of person or organization] , hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor," and the City of New Orleans through the Department of Parks and Parkways, to provide maintenance services for [name of street and hundred block(s) or park] , between [name of street] and [name of street], beginning on [date] and ending on [date].
By this letter, the Sponsor agrees to pick up litter and debris ____ time(s) per year and to provide the following services on the neutral ground or park described above:

By this letter, the Department of Parks and Parkways agrees to:
It is further understood that this Agreement may be canceled by either party for any reason by providing ten (10) days written notice to the other party.
It is also agreed that the Department of Parks and Parkways does not assume any liability for the actions of the Sponsor in performing maintenance on City neutral grounds.
This Agreement may be amended at any time by mutual agreement of both the Department of Parks and Parkways and the Sponsor.
