April supports all administrative and financial processes, including office management and project billing and invoicing.
She’s worked as an educator and financial administrator in the worlds of architecture, public parks, museums, and theater, including at the Tenement Museum, Socrates Sculpture Park, Rice+Lipka Architects, and Ping Chong and Company. Her love of site-specific, accessible cultural programming leads her to support projects that serve the public through the built environment.
April graduated from Yale University in 2017 with a B.A. in Film and Media Studies. She is a 2024-2025 Social Practice CUNY Actionist Fellow, and has previously been the recipient of a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship and a Teaching Artist Fellowship at the Center for Urban Pedagogy.
In her spare time, April loves to surf, make movies, and write rock songs.
"My favorite public space is Socrates Sculpture Park in Queens, New York. It’s a magical spot for a riverside hangout, free art workshops, free performance, and of course, sculpture."
