Residents of Boulder, CO are not homebodies, and getting them to use the outdoor resources they have isn’t an issue. In fact, the city’s Central Park is in need of a bit of an upgrade due to the immense use it already gets!  (If only every park had this problem…)

The Boulder Parks Department will work with PPS to make it easier for the town to more smoothly juggle the farmers markets, concerts and recreation that the park is already used for. Also, the intent is to incorporate the park into the neighboring Pearl Street Market, a bustling public area which city officials say sometimes feels like a world away to someone in the park.
