Marni Ratzel
Bicycle/Pedestrian Transportation Planner, City of Boulder
Marni Ratzel has served as the bicycle and pedestrian planner for the City of Boulder since April of 2001. Marni earned a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University in May 1994 and has served city government as a city planner in the transportation field for over 17 years.
