My idea to improve this place

Vertical Farms for downtown.

So that people could... 

get fresh food. tourists could tour the facilities perhaps even a restaurant with food made from the product.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

This would be great on so many levels. 1) Feed the needy 2) Beautify the city 3) Amuse locals and visitors alike and 4) to 10) A bunch of other levels I can't think of right now.

Since there is no Skate park on the East side, the place right next to the Hays St Bridge underneath I-37 would improve the underused area by encouraging people on the hottest of days to stay active.

A Skate Park underneath I-37., 0.23 Kms

A Skate Park Underneath the Freeway. Its right next to the Hay's Street Bridge. It will be shady all the time and people can use the park constantly.
