My idea to improve this place

Rooftop greenspaces on Rivercenter and Convention Center roofs

So that people could... 

Have unobstructed places to play and enjoy nature....looking at the map these are HUGE tar and rock covered areas that if covered with drought tolerant native plants and grasses would be beautiful.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

beautiful.

More garden areas. Renovate any/all of the older buildings and bring activities to these locations. Exercise classes, writing classes, art classes, music classes,or remote classroom for UTSA/IWU.
