San Pedro Creek/West side of downtown

My idea to improve this place

Turn San Pedro Creek into a linear park like Leon and Salado Creek and make it link with the Mission Reach of the river.

So that people could... 

have a great linear park that links the river with the southwest corner of downtown.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

full of parks and gathering spaces.

Create a lake for canoeing, paddle boats, and model boats. Then utilize some type of public art such as on Museum Reach to link over to the development that will be taking place at the stockyards.
