A Skate Park underneath I-37.

My idea to improve this place

Since there is no Skate park on the East side, the place right next to the Hays St Bridge underneath I-37 would improve the underused area by encouraging people on the hottest of days to stay active.

So that people could... 

Stay active during the hottest days that Mother Nature throws at us all Summer long by being shaded by the overpass that currently only houses homeless people.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

A healthy hippy place Especially on the East Side and remove the stigma that we are cursed with.
