My idea to improve this place

Public spaces used for monthly performances by youth interested in pursuing music or careers in the arts.Combine with Tues. evening free parking for families and locals to come and support their kids.

So that people could... 

enjoy free live music events, visitors can be part of an exciting downtown culture and Locals can encourage their youth to perform and be there to support them. There are so few venues for opportunities for youth to get involved in performing unless it is in the bar scene or classically in school choirs and bands - This would give them the chance to explore careers in the arts that are culturally relevant.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

A vibrant culturally relevant city that supports local artists and musicians of ALL genres, giving them the stepping stone to realize their full potential.

Vacant area in Dreamland Oaks due to the COSA demolishing numerous homes and leaving a large vacant space that runs parallel to railroad tracks, just south of Dreamland St, 2.05 Kms

My idea:"ART IN THE PARK" a semi-permanent easel to fit 4 kids on one side,4 on other, with a small canopy above(sun protection)and bench, where kids can draw/paint maybe free wkend classes! Wd Lv It
