Work, dine, live and/or enjoy the space (not just the homeless woman that lives beneath the awning).
Because I want San Antonio to be...
A place for residents to enjoy and be attracted to; not for tourists necessarily but for residents.

The owner of this building is a real civic villain. It will take a civic movement to make him change his ways. Many people have tried to redevelop the building but due to the oddities of the tax system he is able to hoard this building and do nothing with it without spending much at all.
