My idea to improve this place

have a west entrance facing the park with a courtyard. a courtyard is not too expensive, open the library up to the beautiful san pedro park.

So that people could... 

read outdoors, gather at the library and enjoy the park

Because I want San Antonio to be...

a place where green space is welcome!
