My idea to improve this place

Turn this space into a bike friendly space by devoting time to Bikes Only. In Westchester County, N.Y.they close the Bronx River Pkwy. to all auto traffic on Sunday Morning from 9am to 12p Do here

So that people could... 

Great family venue for riding as well as serious riders. This is a new hwy. and is the perfect time to start something like this. Done for the spring March thru May would work great here.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

a healthier City. Enjoy the outdoors and have economical activities for families. Brings families and neighborhoods together. I have seen in action.
