Metal workers contest to create inviting trash containers that can hold a lot. Work and materials donated by the artists - payoff is having your name on it. Current ;boutique bins are always full.

So that people could... 

Take caring for the park seriously.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

The great city it already is.
