My idea to improve this place
create a safe crossing for people in the East Terrel Hills and Wilshire neighborhoods to get to John James Park and down to the Salado Creek trail along Holbrook. Put signage.
So that people could...
safely walk from the neighborhoods to the trail and/or park.
Because I want San Antonio to be...
a broad network of connecting parks and trails!

I agree! I live on the other side of HW and get to the bike trail at Austin HWY ... a safer route would be nice.
