My idea to improve this place

1. More green space, trees for shade, cafe style, shopping and small outdoor theater.2. Trees, nicer outdoor tables, increase gardens space.

So that people could... 

On the verge of becoming great people gathering, wine sipping, bike rest stop, small play ground, bike & car park spaces. Picnicking @ BlueStar needs developing. Children are not encouraged now.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

Like Paris! Like Charleston, SC! We're getting there. Encourage contemporary, exciting new buildings along with Spanish colonials, not Tuscan-inspired mega-homes and staid, boring buildings. Use great SA Library as model.
