My idea to improve this place

A doggie park at San Pedro Springs Park!

So that people could... 

Let their dogs run free at San Pedro Springs Park!

A doggie park would be cheap and easy - all you need is a fence. Currently, all dogs must be on a leash in the park.

San Pedro Springs has softball, the springs/pool, a skateboarding area, a playground, a theater, tennis, and open space. Why not a doggie park?

Because I want San Antonio to be...

Social... Friendly... Dog-friendly
