My idea to improve this place

The area is owned by the Georgian condo complex,its Board should allow condo owners to use it to grow vegetables.

So that people could... 

raise vegetables, which would be good for conservation, economy, excercise, therapy and social contact.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

more responsive to economic and social needs.

Create a dog park in the back half of this small park. There is a large tree that could provide shade; all that would be necessary is pine mulch, fencing, and plumbing for water fountains.
