All of downtown San Antonio

My idea to improve this place

Shut down several of the on/off ramps that lead directly into downtown so the streets are for people to safely walk and bike, not just for cars.

So that people could... 

Walk and bike around downtown on bigger sidewalks without breathing in all the exhaust and reach downtown more safely from nearby neighborhoods like the East Side, Five Points, Olmos Park, etc. San Antonio has wonderful neighborhoods that people don't know about because we have let the interstate system dictate our city layout.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

A place for the people who actually live here to live healthy lives, with lower rates of obesity, asthma, and diabetes, not a shell of a downtown that floods with suburban commuters twice a day.

Offer property owners bordering highways tax incentives to plant and maintain decorative trees. Trees provide shade, cool the area, and deprive taggers of their favorite wide open canvases
