My idea to improve this place

My idea would be to create a skate park in one of the concrete culverts around town in a low-income area.

So that people could... 

So that kids could skateboard in an approved location rather than on the sidewalks or streets

Because I want San Antonio to be...

A place that provides opportunities for kids to be active.
