Undeveloped land along East/West 1604 access roads between Bitters and I-10

My idea to improve this place

Instead of another strip mall or gated community, I suggest a Spiritual Park that represents different faiths, with walking paths, reflecting pool, meditation gardens, or a circular labyrinth.

So that people could... 

enjoy a physical space that encourages spiritual reflection and peace.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

...more inclusive.

Provide a two lane bicycle path along the existing railroad right of way from Loop 1604 near the I 10 Park and Ride lot into the downtown area. This is approximately 15 miles.

Public spaces used for monthly performances by youth interested in pursuing music or careers in the arts.Combine with Tues. evening free parking for families and locals to come and support their kids.

Outdoor exercise areas. I recently visted South Korea, and throughout their cities they had small gyms with exercise equipment. It would be nice to go off a trail to exercise and then continue on.
