All bus stops in San Antonio

My idea to improve this place

Add shade/protection/cover and benches for all Via bus stops. Making little old ladies stand in the summer sun for 30 minutes for their bus is ridiculous.

So that people could... 

. . .not get sun fried, rained on, or have to stand for 30 minutes.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

. . . .more inclined to use public transportation. I will never use the bus because I will get so sunburned just waiting.

Yes, I agree totally. Bus riding should not be made miserable by waiting in the sun. We need shelters everywhere. LQC could demonstrate how much more comfortable it is to stand in the shade.

Since this is a long strip of green space, I think a community garden would look nice here and can encourage partnerships with community for cooking demos and gardening lessons.

Along the North River Extension from the Pearl Brewery to Downtown, set up work out stations like they have at the medical center every so many feet.
