Everywhere in the central business district.

My idea to improve this place

Free parking or reasonable parking fees. Why live, work, dine or shop downtown when you do not have to pay to park elsewhere in the city?

So that people could... 

from San Antonio could regularly visit downtown restaurants, entertainment events, various businesses, etc. without feeling as if they are paying a premium to do so.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

More friendly to the citizens of San Antonio so that they will want to spend more time in downtown San Antonio while being more attractive to visitors from outside of the city.

A light rail! Wishful thinking, sure, but Dallas has an excellent light rail system and every time I use it I think, Man, San Antonio really needs this . And obviously more bike lanes.

Add one B-Cycle “docking” station and approximately 10 bikes in order to link it to other stations in the bike share system, further expanding the program’s connectivity and density.

The city should allow for billboards/advertisments on buildings and other structures in the Downtown area.
