My idea to improve this place

I would like to see this green space being used as a gathering spot for the community to watch movies on either Friday or Saturday evenings to bring back the concept of drive in movies

So that people could... 

Gather, know their neighbors and enjoy a times together that is inexpensive, family friendly and can be informative if city can use to provide city event information. Also can be used to provide information on healthy lifestyles.

A place that uses space to build community to bring people together.
