Great idea!! Add community herb, vegetable, fruit tree gardens to boot!! Add historical/architectural "birdseye" and App landmark interpretation! yoga, meditation, art classes, or other exercise stations w some shade, solar --reuseable energy features , Tons of possibilities --rentals, use as place making areas too (spaces are multi-dimentional)--very cool!

Repair/replace sidewalks adjacent to La Villita, St. John's Church, numerous bed and breakfasts, south to Cesar Chavez Blvd (formerly Durango).

Form some sort of schedule to change out the lights more often than Xmas and fiesta....such as the Empire State Building does in New York(see attachment)

The worst thing about coming downtown is that there is not enough free/inexpensive parking and meter maids are always on the prowl. Figure how to provide better/cheaper parking.
