My idea to improve this place
Create a bike highway from Austin HWY & 410 all the way down to the innercity. Have spokes that connect to the existing bike paths, like Salado Creek and Austin HWY
So that people could...
Be connected to downtown from the 410 area by bike/foot

Healthy and have real alternative transportation options.
