This is a great idea! It could also be a sustainable green space that is shared with pedestrians. In New York they recycled an old elevated railway track for a garden space and walking/biking paths. http://www.thehighline.org/

Nearby Ideas
Provide some safe, welcoming parking options near La Villita and HemisFair Park. Both are gems in our city that are underutilized because SA residents cannot easily access them.

Th Magik Theatre is a great example of a building that has a large flat roof. Easy access to any roof would have to be created., 0.02 Kms
