My idea to improve this place

Is a community garden for residents that teaches about urban farming, how to start their own vegetable garden and eating healtier.

So that people could... 

Begin to build their own gardens, become more aware of sustainability and how health is related to what we grow and eat. Residents can also utilize a space that has been, for years, vacant and ungroomed.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

sustainable. A project such as this can also address the problem of food deserts as residents become active in urban farming.
