My idea to improve this place
Add digital parking space signs counting system on DT public parking garages to help facilitate parking. I believe the city is working on implementing the idea during the fall.

drivers can more easily find parking and not be intimidated to enter a multi-level parking garage. Also it lets drivers know how many parking spaces are in each level of a parking garage
