My idea to improve this place
This little used building could be easily enhanced to be the city center for runners, perhaps via the non-profit San Antonio Road Runners. It would directly serve tens of thousands.
So that people could...
meet, learn, help, share and disseminate, administer and manage, all the things that would make the city a tighter community.
Because I want San Antonio to be...
a good place to live with a high quality of life. It would be wonderful to have such ammenities without needing to go to another major city.

We dearly need sidewalks in the Shearer Hills area, specifically on Shannon Lee which is often used as a shortcut between San Pedro and McCullough; preference would be a sidewalk on one street side
