My idea to improve this place

Remove the window tint from the Robert E. Lee Apartment building on the street level. It looks abandoned, maybe add street level store fronts.

So that people could... 

Be encouraged to walk into and by the building.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

More active, with cafes and pedestrians. Give more life to that area.

I agree. I live in the building and wish it could utilize the space or maybe return it back to it's original lobby design
