My idea to improve this place

More garden areas. Renovate any/all of the older buildings and bring activities to these locations. Exercise classes, writing classes, art classes, music classes,or remote classroom for UTSA/IWU.

So that people could... 

commune....... interact.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

stimulating so that locals want to come downtown on a regular basis.
