My idea to improve this place
Block off Dolorosa from S Main Ave to Main Plaza.
So that people could...
This would create an integrated plaza between the Courthouse and Main Plaza. The two are obviously meant to go together, but the feel is ruined by having to dodge cars to get from one place to the other.
