My idea to improve this place
The Catholic Book Store on Main Plaza needs to become an active retail/restaurant space
So that people could...
Have a place to shop, eat, have entertainment that would spill out into Main Plaza. The Plaza doesn't have enough commercial activity around it to generate people there all the time. The fountains in the Plaza restrict the use of the space.

I think it is a great idea.
I would like to see an outdoor bookstore and vendors in Main Plaza.
