My idea to improve this place

Build the Alamo Beer Brewery

So that people could... 

take tours of the brewery, stop by when walking or cycling on the Hays Street Bridge, have an attraction on the East Side where they could enjoy the downtown view from the Hays Street Bridge.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

more attractive, a place where people want to go to enjoy themselves.

The brewery idea is not bad but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! Do not put resturant tables & chairs on our hike & bike path! Can't you just work out a roof-top restaurant design into your building plans and leave the bridge free and clear? Please?
