As creative as some of our NIOSA food vendors we ought to be able to have a wide variety of street foods. It would be a treat for our many visitors too and a way to encourage them to part with a little more of their money. Every bit helps.

becuase it is HOT for half the year, downtown and/or hemisfair needs some kind of water fountain/sprinkler especially for children on a concrete pad ( similar to the one Austin has ).
