Particularly through downtown San Antonio and south of downtown to Southtown.

My idea to improve this place

Need dedicated bikeways along the San Antonio River where pedestrian traffic is heavy and/or bicycles are prohibited, in order to complete the 13-mile river trek.

So that people could... 

Actually ride the 13-mile stretch of the San Antonio River from the Witte Museum to Mission Espada. This has often been discussed, planned, assumed ... but large sections were left out.
