My idea to improve this place

Install an "iHeart San Antonio" kioske, an information booth.

So that people could... 

Have a central directory, description of items therein, and perhaps even access to various pages of local civic and charity organizations' website.

One purpose would be so Visitors could come to know San Antonio as a city not just of leisure and business but also compassion and caring. Maybe they will even donate.

The main purpose though would be to have a central location where anyone in the City can go to find out information on where to volunteer or where to give, to facilitate community service and civic awareness.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

a community resource.

There are quite a few bus stops without any shade. I have an idea to build inexpensive shade canopies that can easily be attached to benches or bus stop poles.
