My idea to improve this place

Re-do E. Travis Street (214 E. Travis) sidewalks with funky tile, new trees, installing neon lighting art pieces, bicycle racks, surveillance cameras and lighting.

So that people could... 

Could enjoy this corridor/street. Make it a WOW factor downtown.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

Enjoyable like Austin, Washington, D.C., N.Y. City, Boston, San Deigo and San Francisco.

Create live music venues in our downtown parks and allow musicians to enter a lottery to play there during lunch time/weekends. It doesn't have to be anything elaborate, just a defined area for music

Create a weekly mobile market of not only food trucks but other vendors in carts and vacant storefronts to include produce, flowers, stationery, pet goods, art supplies, specialty groceries, etc.

Bring life to Travis Park by filling it with public art, a more vibrant variety of landscaping, and approved vendors (flowers, snowcones, musicians, etc.). Also maybe clean up bus stop on park corner.
