Make Rivercenter Mall part of the Convention Center or a new hotel and move all the stores into Houston Street and around the Riverwalk

So that people could... 

shop in an outdoor area like la Cantera.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

full of activity and a great place to work

First, praise for the curb indentation that allows quickie parking for buying tickets. We need to maximize sitting opportunities, benches and art/boxes along sidewalks all over downtown.

More shade in the downtown by way of trees, awnings, canopies, and arcades. Require new buildings to provide a pleasant pedestrian experience to enjoy the lovely outdoor weather of San Antonio.
