My idea to improve this place
convert quadrant of downtown from S. Alamo to Houston, to Commerce To Santa Rosa to non-vehicular with the exception of electric trollys. Install moving sidewalks and see through covers overhead.
So that people could...
so that no matter the weather, people could walk
around or ride on the moving sidewalk to their destination..
Because I want San Antonio to be...

Create a special tax district for Houston Commerce Sts to encourage small businesses--particularly retail and restaurants--to open. Our street level needs a portion of the energy found on the river.
