Where

non barge sections of riverwalk

My idea to improve this place

Utilize the "non barge" riverwalk sections for things such as paddleboats, kayaking.

So that people could... 

Enjoy the use of the river where the barges dont/can't go. In addition, generate more income for city.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

Annual Texas Food Truck Festival. Food trucks would line up along Commerce (Alamo to Main Plaza) , accompanied by live music and children's activities. San Antonians love a good festival!
