encourage locals to visit downtown by offering discount bus passes or trolley passes that live in the area neighborhoods
So that people could...
be encouraged to live closer to downtown in neighborhoods that have great houses with character without the prices of alamo heights ,increase local resident visibility/commerce in downtown shopping/parks
Because I want San Antonio to be...
