Houston Street between Soledad and Santa Rosa

My idea to improve this place

Lighting. Whether street lamps or street lights. This area is dark and see tourists turn back because it looks unsafe, especially by the Frost Bank park

So that people could... 

feel safe both tourists and residents alike. This area of downtown is very desolate as is Soledad going North past Martin street

Because I want San Antonio to be...

a place where I can feel safe. I want tourists to know that's theres more to see up Houston Street past Soledad.

This is a great idea. Soledad and Flores north of Houston St. needs some work.

Remove the window tint from the Robert E. Lee Apartment building on the street level. It looks abandoned, maybe add street level store fronts.
