WALMART OR HEB!!! I used to and want to live downtown so badly but it's not affordable without a grocery nearby.,

I second this request, but minus the Wal-Mart. Bring in someone local. At least HEB is a Texas company. Downtown needs more development like this!

All of downtown, 0 Kms

For every new hotel room built downtown we should built 2 residential units. Downtown risks becoming an irrelevent tourist playground rather than a vibrant city core with residents.

street cleaning and maintenance on downtown and surrounding city streets should be done mainly at night when there is less vehicle and pedestrian traffic.

We need more small, locally owned businesses that showcase local products and local artists. Right now downtown feels like it exclusively for tourists. Also, improve our mass transit!
