My idea to improve this place

is to allow food vendors to provide more than just hot dogs and raspas.

So that people could... 

Experience a variety of foods that may not be available at the downtown restaurants.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

like several other cities where they embrace mobile vendors that want to do business downtown.

Replace all of the ugly, flagstone and gravel with material better suited for walking.The flagstone is deteriorating and should have never been used. The gravel is awful. Plant grass and more trees.

We need more tree cover around downtown. The riverwalk has plenty of cover but what about the rest of downtown.

San Antonio is old. But that is no excuse for poor up keep. It is the obligation of the city to maintain accessibility on its sidewalks and in its intersections. Clear and fix cluttered broken walkway
