All of Downtown, 0 Kms

There needs to be more downtown living that is affordable for young adults/families. Additionally, an urban grocery store. SA needs to push for adaptive re-use of abandoned building

All of downtown/inner city San Antonio, 0.09 Kms

Bikepaths up thru the city along the Rail lines & creekbeds (beautiful areas) out to the 1604 quarry area. They are flood zones, so it would have to be maybe Bermuda 419 drought tolerant no-mow grass.

the greenways along the railways and streambeds crossing dezavala wurzbach, dreamland, 410 and going downtown hooking up to the "Reach", 0.12 Kms

have a area for bars, and clubs like 6th st in austin that have live music entertainment

Turn Broadway into a tree lined avenue with expanded sidewalks and bike paths with room for a streetcar/lightrail line to connect River North to downtown core.
