Form some sort of schedule to change out the lights more often than Xmas and fiesta....such as the Empire State Building does in New York(see attachment)

I live downtown and this building takes up about 30% of my view. The lights and the flags on this building change pretty often.

There are quite a few bus stops without any shade. I have an idea to build inexpensive shade canopies that can easily be attached to benches or bus stop poles.
