My idea to improve this place

Put in a "mini HEB" so that downtown residents can walk to get their groceries.

So that people could... 

not have to pay a high price for the "mini delivery" sites on Houston St. Enjoy the beauty of the 700 condos, the Tower Restaurant, the Southwest School of Art and the Navarro Campus, the proximity of the library and the RiverWalk.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

Free of the panhandlers that sleep in the doorway of this great old building.
