My idea to improve this place

place a grocery store/market like a small scale Central Market or Eatzis' (in Dallas). the structure would be multi story with parking, possibly office/retail and lofts

So that people could... 

eat, drink, work, play and be in the middle of it all.....

Because I want San Antonio to be...

where people want to be with friends, family and visitors

there is a small strip of empty land there this place could be cleaned up, landscaped, a couple of tables, benches, etc. maybe even add free public wifi.
