My idea to improve this place
provide adequate sidewalk space for bus patrons and pedestrians. the infrastructure shouldn't make you feel like a second class citizen if these are your modes of transport (choosen or not).
So that people could...
be encouraged to take the bus because there are nice places to wait OR be encouraged to walk because there is ample space to do so
Because I want San Antonio to be...

Initiate a 'anti-panhandling' campaign throughout the downtown area! Bench mark cities that have taken an active approach to obliterating pan-handling from their downtown areas.
